Real State Market on December 2011

         The first chart that give information about house sale from 2008 to end of November 2011 . It shows

from January to end of April in 2011 that are a little drop and on May to end of October are a growth so

maybe on December 2011 will be a rising for house sale.

      The chart of new listing shows from March to end of July has a surge but it is a stability from August to

of October so in my opinion in December will be  a decline in house sale.

       according the chart of new listing ration between 2008 to end of November of 2011 shows ratio in

December of 2010 and 2009 have a rise between %70 to 1% and then maybe in December of 2011 will be

 1%.

According the chart of 2008 and end of November of 2011 in all months have an increase in resale home

price and then in December 2011 will increase about 20000.

Affordability in December of 2011 won't different.

Christmas Decorate

           This year is second year that I have been living in Canada. Last year my family and I lived in Vancouver

and my sister and her family who live in Vancouver made a big party in Christmas day and decorated all their

house very beautiful but my family and I didn't know about Christmas decorate clearly and traditional dinner

so we didn't decorate our house but this Christmas we decide decorate our house and I will coke turkey and

all stuffing and mashed potato and vegetables . We buy a artificial Christmas tree and hang few ornaments on the

 tree . I
 want to buy a silver star and I will hang on the top of the tree. My younger daughter like red tinsel so I

buy two red balls tinsel and she will hang on the tree. My older daughter will prepare a wreath that we hang

 on the door. My husband and I will buy a few gift and put in sticking and put under the tree. In addition all

my family will make one thing for Christmas and all of us are happy because of Christmas day.I hope all

people in the world will be happy in Christmas day and new year.

My job

         When I was 18 years old I had to choose a course in university but I didn't know what I wanted. What

job did I want? I didn't have any idea .After many days I thought that I liked to help other people and then I

chose Nursing.Nursing was very difficult for me because I hated the blood and the urine and all wounds.First

day I went to hospital all days I had the vomiting and I wanted to quite but my mother told me" you study the

Nursing one year and then if you don't like you quite." I listened her and continued to study.After one year my

mind changed . I didn't think about the blood and the urine or wounds but I thought how I could to help ano-

ther people . when I see a smile on people's face I have a strong feeling. then I understand why my mother

said to me" stay just for one year."

        Today is 9 November and I came to class very soon.When I Arrived in class Joseph gave me one paper

which had  many question about War 1 and war2.Then he showed me afew pictures about war1 and2. I thought about the questions and asked those questions .Even though I readed many book about war1 and2 I was surprised from those pictures because I understood many women participate in war.In addition  all time many writers wrote how soldiers were braved but we know if the women couldn't help to  the soldiers they didn't successful .  I saw a picture that a group women  worked together and built awing of an airplane so
  If I want to choose a picture between those pictures I pick out the picture that a group women

worked in a factory and built a wing of an airplane because women involved in outside jobs first time which continues from war 1to this time.
